Here at TEMPLE by Ginger Moon we have a strong desire to showcase the best of Bali in as many ways as possible. Our beautiful tropical courtyard, the ancient temple and exceptional Balinese hospitality all play a part in creating memorable Bali experiences. From Monday to Sunday, our chefs craft distinct dish’s that celebrate best of local produce, and in many cases scream “Bali on a Plate”. The grill burns coffee & rambutan woods and delivers authentic Bali flavours to whatever foods kiss it, think smoky chicken & duck, market fresh fish & prawns, and of course Bali’s famous rotisserie pork belly (Babi guling).
